Cookie policy
Last updated: 8 April 2026
In compliance with the legislation in force on information society services and data protection (including Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE, and Article 22(2) of that Law, read together with the Cookie Guide of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD, and the GDPR, also known as the RGPD), Andruma provides information on the use of storage and devices on the user's terminal equipment.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files or devices stored in the user's browser when visiting a website. They make it possible to recognise the browser, remember preferences, maintain sessions or obtain aggregated information about use of the Site. Similar technologies may also be used (local storage, pixels and session identifiers).
2. Who uses the information from cookies?
Data obtained through cookies may be processed by Andruma as controller of the Site and, where applicable, by third parties acting as processors (for example, hosting or analytics providers), as described in the Privacy policy.
3. Types of cookies by purpose
3.1. Technical cookies (necessary)
These are essential for browsing and for the basic operation of the Site (for example, maintaining the session, load balancing, security, and remembering cookie consent where applicable). Under the applicable rules they do not require prior consent insofar as they are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user.
3.2. Preference or personalisation cookies
These remember choices such as language or region. They require consent when they are not strictly technical.
3.3. Analytics or measurement cookies
These measure aggregated or anonymous activity (pages viewed, time spent). They are installed only if you accept them through the banner or the settings panel, unless the tool uses only anonymised analytics cookies in line with the criteria of the competent authority.
3.4. Marketing or behavioural advertising cookies
The Site does not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If they are added in the future, informed consent will be requested and this policy and the cookie register will be updated.
4. Cookies by the entity that manages them
- First-party cookies: sent to the terminal equipment from equipment or domains managed by Andruma.
- Third-party cookies: sent by external partners (for example, hosting with aggregated metrics). In that case, the information is governed by the privacy policy of the third party.
5. Cookies used on this Site (for reference)
The table below summarises the usual categories. Specific names may vary with technical updates to the Site.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Approximate duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technical cookies of the Site (application / hosting) | Technical | Operation of the Site, security and provision of the service requested | Session or short |
If additional cookies are added in the future (for example, analytics or preferences), this table will be updated with the technical name, the owner and the duration in accordance with the legislation in force.
6. Legal basis
Necessary technical cookies are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (RGPD) (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the Site) and/or on performance of the service requested. Other non-essential cookies are installed on the basis of the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR/RGPD), obtained through a banner or equivalent settings.
7. How to manage or disable cookies
You may allow, block or delete cookies by means of:
- The cookie preferences panel of the Site (the banner on entry, the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or the notice at the end of the legal pages).
- Your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge allow you to restrict or delete cookies. See the "Help" section of your browser.
- Third-party opt-out tools where they exist (for example, analytics).
Please note that disabling technical cookies may affect functions of the Site.
8. Retention
Retention depends on each cookie (from the end of the session to the periods shown in the table or in the management panel). Once those periods have elapsed, cookies are deleted or renewed in accordance with the provider's policy.
9. Further information and contact
For any question about this policy or about the processing of personal data, you may write to info@andruma.com, or see the Privacy policy.
10. Updates
Andruma may amend this policy when the cookies in use or the applicable rules change. You are advised to review it from time to time.
